Happy belated 4th! I meant to post this on Independence Day. I thought it would be clever, but then I forgot. So, just do some mental time traveling. Gosh, I wish I'd posted this when it was meant to be posted. It's not really the same now... is it?

This blog is about electronic music instruments made by the Roland corp. in the late 70's and early 80's (mostly pre-MIDI instruments that deal in wholesome CV and Gate signals). It's also about my conversion to Quakerism, my fondness for C.S. Lewis, The Epcot Center, eggnog, oatmeal flavored soap, etc, etc. Herein I will try to connect the real or imagined dots between them.
