Simply Roland

It really is true. Of all the gear I've owned over the years, the Roland products have grown with me. They are invaluable tools in music creation. Everything else seems to fall short. Amen!

This blog is about electronic music instruments made by the Roland corp. in the late 70's and early 80's (mostly pre-MIDI instruments that deal in wholesome CV and Gate signals). It's also about my conversion to Quakerism, my fondness for C.S. Lewis, The Epcot Center, eggnog, oatmeal flavored soap, etc, etc. Herein I will try to connect the real or imagined dots between them.
