And they play so well together, don't they? Love those big clunky buttons on the MSQ. Don't even need a computer with that guy. Do you use any of this stuff with a DAW or are you a purist who stays away from things like Logic and the occasional plug-in?
I do use a computer for recording, just recently started using Cubase 5 and loving it. the MSQ-700 is great because it's not only a wonderful sequencer but you can also use it as a go between from your computer midi and the sync of a TR-808. It all just snaps into place. Such a blessing.
No, not at all with the 6. The Juno-6 doesn't have any sort of external control except for an arpeggio input. The MSQ-700 would however work quite well with a Juno-60 or 106.
I almost bought a Juno-60 several years ago. It was that or the Rogue Moog I still have now. If I had enough, I would have bought both.
